Along with acting as President of Lone Pine Builders, Brian Scott is also the Project Executive for each project. This means that Brian is responsible for initial cost estimating, bidding, job costing as well as all accounting and tracking throughout the entire process. To be more specific, from the beginning of your project, Brian will create and produce a construction budget, a bid analysis spreadsheet, and all agreements - ultimately he will ensure organization and create a master file. As the Project Executive, Brian works closely with the homeowner and each month prepares reviews and submits an AIA Payment Requisition Form to the owners. It is Brian's belief that the homeowner needs to be protected and know exactly where their money is being spent. He takes pride in knowing that with each project, he has kept it organized and more importantly on both budget and schedule.
