Management 

We at Lone Pine Builders take great pride in having well organized job sites. We also strongly believe that at every jobsite we should keep as much of our natural Montana habitat as possible. While this could make construction a little more difficult, we develop a detailed siteplan before construction even begins, showing staging areas and undisturbed green spaces which work best for the owner and the community.

Lone Pine Builders’ project superintendent will be the full-time site supervisor of all trades during construction. He is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, organized, and clean site. The project superintendent works with all subcontractors to facilitate their working conditions and monitor the quality of their work. For each job he will create a project-specific logistics approach and safety plan.
