Because of our commitment to quality, we at Lone Pine Builders carefully weigh cost reduction against future operating and maintenance cost. We want to provide a superior work product that will completely satisfy the owner and withstand the test of time.

As our project nears completion Lone Pine Builders will create a
comprehensive punch list that will be reviewed by the design team to help facilitate a smooth turnover process. We will also assemble an “Owner’s Manual” that will include all warranties, as-built drawings, materials care, and maintenance information.
